On this site I have written about some of my teachers, in particular Margaret Goldie and Erika Whittaker, who I felt transmitted an understanding of Alexander’s work which was subtly different from that of the teachers who ran training courses. Also, several blogposts about certain practical insights from my teaching experience which I hope will be helpful to both teachers and pupils of the Alexander Technique.
